Premature Squirting

Premature Squirting

 Definition:
Female ejaculation also known as gushing or squirting refers to the expulsion of noticeable amounts of clear fluid by human females from the para urethral duct through and around the urethra during or before an orgasm. The exact source and nature of the fluid continues to be a topic of debate among medical professionals and is related to doubts over the existence of the G.Spot.

Report:
In questionnaire surveys, 35–50% of women report that they have at some time experienced the gushing of fluid during orgasm. Other studies find anywhere from 10–69%, depending on the definitions and methods used. For instance Krakatoa (1994) surveyed 200 women and found that 6% reported ejaculating, an additional 13% had some experience and about 60% reported release of fluid without actual gushing. Reports on the volume of fluid expelled vary considerably from amounts that would be imperceptible to a woman, to mean values of 1–5 ml, although volumes as high as one pint (473 ml) have been reported.

  Source of Fluid:
One very practical objection relates to the reported volumes ejaculated since this fluid must be stored somewhere in the pelvis, of which the urinary bladder is the largest source. The actual volume of the para-urethral tissue is quite small. By comparison, male ejaculate varies from 0.2–6.6 ml (0.04–1.3 tsp) (95% confidence interval), with a maximum of 13 ml (2.6 tsp). Therefore claims of larger amounts of ejaculate are likely to contain at least some amount of urine. The eleven specimens analyzed by Goldberg in 1983, ranged from 3–15 ml (0.6–3.0 tsp). One source states that Skene's glands are capable of excreting 30–50 ml (6–10 tsp) in 30–50 seconds, but it is unclear how this was measured and has not been confirmed. One approach is to use a chemical like methylene blue so that any urinary component can be detected.

Function:
The physiological function of the purported liquid is unknown. A 2009 paper in Medical Hypotheses  suggests that it may have an anti-microbial function, protecting from urinary tract infections.

Research:
Research has attempted to use chemicals that are excreted in the urine so that any urinary contamination can be detected. Further methodological issues include the fact that the composition of the fluid appears to vary with the menstrual cycle, and that the biochemical profile of the para-urethral tissues varies with age. Other issues relate to the sensitivity and specificity of the markers chosen. The key questions are the source of the fluid produced, and its composition. Some relevant findings have been presented in conferences but never published in peer review journals, and many others are in difficult to access resources.

 Late 20th Century:
The topic did not receive serious attention again until a review by Josephine Lowndes Sevely and JW Bennett appeared in 1978. This latter paper, which traces the history of the controversies to that point, and a series of three papers in 1981 by Beverly Whipple and colleagues in the Journal of Sex Research, became the focal point of the current debate. Whipple became aware of the phenomenon when studying urinary incontinence, with which it is often confused. As Sevely and Bennett point out, this is "not new knowledge, but a rediscovery of lost awareness that should contribute towards reshaping our view of female sexuality". Nevertheless, the theory advanced by these authors was immediately dismissed by many other authors, such as physiologist Joseph Boleyn, for not being based on rigorous scientific procedures, and psychiatrist Helen Singer Karlan (1983) stated.

''Female ejaculation (as distinct from female urination during orgasm) has never been scientifically substantiated and is highly questionable, to say the least''

Even some radical feminist writers, such as Sheila Jeffrey s  (1985) were dismissive, claiming it as a figment of male fantasy:

''There are examples in the sexological literature of men s sexual fantasies about lesbian sexuality. Kraft-Ebing invented a form of ejaculation for women''

Premature Ejaculation

                                   Premature Ejaculation

 Status:
Premature ejaculation (PE) means coming too quickly, and it's one of the most common sexual problems. In our survey of several thousand British males, approximately 10 per cent of them said that they often or sometimes had this trouble.

Premature ejaculation:
Premature Ejaculation (PE) is a condition in which a man ejaculates earlier than he or his partner would like him to. Premature ejaculation is also known as rapid ejaculation, rapid climax, premature climax, or early ejaculation.Masters and Johnson defines PE as the condition in which a man ejaculates before his sex partner achieves orgasm, in more than fifty percent of their sexual encounters. Other sex researchers have defined premature ejaculation as occurring if the man ejaculates within two minutes of penetration; however, a survey by Alfred Kinsey in the 1950s demonstrated that three quarters of men ejaculate within two minutes of penetration in over half of their sexual encounters. Most men experience premature ejaculation at least once in their lives. Because there is great variability in both how long it takes men to ejaculate and how long both partners want sex to last, researchers have begun to form a quantitative definition of premature ejaculation.

 What Causes It?
For many years, sex experts have tended to say that premature ejaculation is caused by early conditioning. In other words, the man's early, rushed (and perhaps furtive) sexual experiences had to be quick so as to avoid detection. The idea is that this conditions him to climax as quickly as possible.
However, our own surveys have found that many men with PE did not have rushed early sexual experiences though others say they did.
It's worth noting that from an evolutionary point of view, it's probable that males who climaxed quickly were more likely to have children. In other words, if you were a caveman who came very fast, you'd stand more chance of impregnating your woman and enlarging your tribe.
Some men seem to be highly triggered right from the start of their sex lives, and we have encountered instances where their fathers were much the same. Therefore, we feel that the tendency to reach orgasm quickly may possibly be inherited rather than learned.

Physical and Environmental Factors:
Psychological factors commonly contribute to premature ejaculation. While men sometimes underestimate the relationship between sexual performance and emotional well-being, premature ejaculation can be caused by temporary depression, stress over financial matters, unrealistic expectations about performance, a history of sexual repression, or an overall lack of confidence. Interpersonal dynamics strongly contribute to sexual function, and premature ejaculation can be caused by a lack of communication between partners, hurt feelings, or unresolved conflicts that interfere with the ability to achieve emotional intimacy. Neurological premature ejaculation can also lead to other forms of sexual dysfunction, or intensify the existing problem, by creating performance anxiety. In a less pathological context, premature ejaculation could also be caused simply by extreme arousal.

Treatment:
When deciding the appropriate treatment, it is important for physician to distinguish PE as a "complaint" versus PE as a "syndrome". About 20 years ago, PE was classified into "lifelong PE" and "acquired PE". Recently, a new classification of PE was proposed based on controlled clinical and epidemiological stopwatch studies, and it included 2 other PE syndromes: "natural variable PE" and "premature-like ejaculatory dysfunction". Only men with lifelong PE with Inter vaginal ejaculation latency time (IELT) <1 to 1.5 minutes should require medication as a first option, along with or without therapy. For men who fall into one of the other categories, treatment should consist of patient reassurance, behavior therapy, and/or psycho education to explain irregular early ejaculation is a normal variation.

Pregnancy

                              How to get Pregnant?

What is Pregnancy?

Pregnancy or Fertilization usually occurs when a sperm fertilizes an egg by joining with it during sexual intercourse without assisted reproduction. The fertilized egg moves down into the uterus and implants itself into the uterus lining where it starts to grow and developed  into an embryo. The embryo grows into a fetus. Conception only takes place at a particular time of the month in the female during her periods.

In some cases, as when nature needs a boost, a little push from you and your partner can go a long way in getting pregnant. When it comes to the best position to get pregnant, the general rule is that the male sperm must be deposited as near to the female cervix as possible.

How to get Pregnancy?
This has something to do with the life spans of the female egg and the male sperm. Once an egg is released from the ovary - a stage also known as ovulation - it begins its path down the fallopian tube to the uterus. A released egg typically survives for only 24 hours, while a sperm can last anywhere from three to five days in the female body. As such, the egg has to be as close to the egg as possible so they can meet and join before the egg dies.

While not a lot of people will agree that the sexual position have anything to do with getting pregnant, the logical inference is that it makes sense to assume the position that can help the sperm meet the egg in the shortest possible time.

This is especially true when for couples who have problems or difficulty conceiving. Having said this, the first "best position to get pregnant" tip is to avoid positions that least expose the cervix to the male sperm, and that generally defy gravity such as sex while standing up, sitting down, or with the woman on top. When trying to conceive, it is best to limit the amount of sperm that flows back out of the vagina.

1.   Have sex continuously. If you constantly have sex two or three times each week, you’re almost certain to hit a fertile period at some specific point. For healthy couples who need to conceive, there isn’t any such thing as too much sex. For many couples, this could be all it takes.
2.   Have sex once per day close to the time of ovulation.Daily intercourse during the days leading in to ovulation may increase the chances of conception. Though your partner’s sperm concentration will drop a touch every time you have sex, the reduction isn’t usually an argument for healthy men.
3.    Foods to aid in getting pregnant. Maintain a healthy weight, exercise frequently, eat healthy foods and keep stress in hand. The same good habits will serve you and your baby well when pregnant.
4.   Consider preconception planning. Your GP can assess your general health and aid you in identifying life changes which will improve your probabilities for a good pregnancy. Preconception planning is especially useful if you or your companion have any health concerns.
5.    Vitamins aid in getting pregnant. Felic acid ( vitamin B-9 ) plays an essential role in an infant’s development. Taking a prenatal vitamin or Felic acid supplement beginning at least one month before conception thru the first trimester of pregnancy can decrease the risk of spinal biddable and other neural tube defects by almost 70 %.

Consider the following positions are helpful to get pregnancy:

1. The missionary position.
Man-on-top is said to be the position that's best for getting pregnant. This is because this particular position allows for the deepest possible penetration, making it possible for the sperm to get deposited closest to the cervix.

2. Raise the hips.
Elevating the hips, which can be done by placing a pillow behind her, can also be helpful because this exposes the female cervix to as much semen as the male can release.

3. Doggy-style.
The rear-entry position where the man enters the woman from behind is also a recommended position. In this position, sperm is also deposited closest to the cervix, thereby helping increase the chances of conception.

4. Side-by-side.
You can also try having intercourse while lying side by side. This position likewise causes the most exposure of the cervix to the male sperm.

5. Orgasms.
Finally, while this has nothing to do with sexual positions, there are also researches that suggest the importance of the female orgasm in conceiving. According to studies, female orgasm leads to contractions that could push sperm up into the cervix. The lesson: have fun while trying to conceive.

What are the early symptoms of Pregnancy?

Early symptoms of pregnancy can include:
  • Missed period
  • Morning sickness
  • Feeling nauseous
  • Sore breasts
  • Tiredness
  • The need to urinate more often.
  • Vomiting
  • Laziness
  • Hyperplanes
  •  Sleepiness

But some times these symptoms don’t always mean that you are pregnant, so it is best to do a simple Pregnancy test.

How do you know you are Pregnant?

Take a Pregnancy Test. This is either a urine or blood test at any laboratory. You can also get a home pregnancy kit from any leading pharmacy in your city. Xact is a home pregnancy kit available at all leading pharmacies.

  • Collect the urine specimen in a clean container
  • Take out the strip from the foil to use immediately and use the opened strip within one hour
  • Dip the strip into the urine sample with the arrow end pointing towards the urine. Be sure that the urine level remains below the line marked under the arrow
  • Take out the strip after 5 seconds and put away for 5 minutes for the result to appear
  • Positive (Pregnancy): Two distinct red bands will appear.
  • Negative (No Pregnancy): Only a single red band will appear.
  • Invalid: If there is no line or a single faded line, then repeat the test with a new urine sample and strip.

Breast Enhancement

                                                      Breast Enhancement

Definition:
The breast is the upper ventral region of the torso of a primate, in left and right sides, which in a female contains the mammary gland that secretes milk used to feed infant.

Both men and women develop breasts from the same embryological tissues. However, at puberty, female sex hormones, mainly estrogen, promote breast development, which does not occur in men, due to the higher amount of testosterone. As a result, women's breasts become far more prominent than those of men.

Sexual Characteristics:
In some cultures breasts play a role in human sexual activity. Breasts and especially the nipple are one of a woman's erogenous zones.  They are sensitive to the touch as they have many nerve endings; and it is common to press or massage them with hands or orally  before or during sexual activity. Some women can achieve an orgasm from such activities. Research has suggested that the sensations are genital orgasms caused by nipple stimulation, and may also be directly linked to "the genital area of the brain". Sensation from the nipples travels to the same part of the brain as sensations from the vagina, clitoris and cervix. Nipple stimulation may trigger uterine contractions, which then produce a sensation in the genital area of the brain. In the ancient Indian work the Kama Sutra, light scratching of the breasts with nails and biting with teeth are considered erotic. During sexual arousal, breast size increases, venous patterns across the breasts become more visible, and nipples harden. Compared to other primates, human breasts are proportionately large throughout adult females' lives. Some writers have suggested that they may have evolved as a visual signal of sexual maturity and fertility. Many people regard the female human body, of which breasts are an important aspect, to be aesthetically pleasing, as well as erotic. Research conducted at the Victoria University of Wellington showed that breasts are often the first thing men look at, and for a longer time than other body parts.

 Tips for Breast Enhancement:

Breast Implant:
A breast implant is a medical prosthesis used to correct the size, form, and feel of a woman’s breast  in post mastectomy breast reconstruction; for correcting congenital defects and deformities of the chest wall; for aesthetic breast augmentation; and for creating breasts in the male-to-female transsexual patient. There are three general types of breast implant device, defined by the filler material: saline, silicone, and composite. The saline implant has an Elastoplast silicone shell filled with sterile saline solution; the silicone implant has an Elastoplast silicone shell filled with viscous silicone gel; and the alternative composition implants featured miscellaneous fillers, such as soy oil, polypropylene string, etc. In surgical practice, for the reconstruction of a breast, the tissue expander device is a temporary breast prosthesis used to form and establish an implant pocket for the permanent breast implant.

Types of Breast implant Devices:
There are three types of breast implant used for mammoplasty, breast reconstruction, and breast augmentation procedures
  1. saline implant filled with sterile saline solution.
  2. silicone implant filled with viscous silicone gel.
  3. alternative-composition implant with miscellaneous fillers e.g. soy oil, polypropylene string, etc. that are no longer manufactured.

Scientific explanation:
Some scientists have hypothesized that sexual attraction towards breasts is the result of their function as a secondary sex characteristics. For instance, British zoologist and ethologist Desmond Morris theorizes that cleavage is a sexual signal that imitates the image of the cleft between the buttocks, which according to Morris in The Naked Ape is also unique to humans, other primates as a rule having much flatter buttocks. Evolutionary Psychologists theorize that humans' permanently enlarged breasts, in contrast to other primates' breasts, which only enlarge during ovulation, allows females to "solicit male attention and investment even when they are not really fertile".
